"Very nice and well kept property. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only concern is that there was no social activities on the premises. A small diner serving breakfast would be great. A BBQ at the poolside would be nice. An evening of culture with steelband music would be nice"

Owners were responsive when I had questions or needs. The driveway is steep and taxi's can not drive up, so just be mindful of that, you gotta lug everything up that so pack accordingly. I had a local that did my driving and tours which allowed me to fully relax. Beautiful island and property. Bed was comfortable!...

"The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today. "The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 (sofa bed for the 5th) but spacious villa, equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a baking sheet but we improvised. Majorie was very accommodating. Would we return? Definitely!"

"This Villa is a great home-base for activities in Antigua plus the beach and amenities (Epicurean grocery, Basilico, El Porto, Pop-Up Beach Bar, medical clinics, etc). We visited English Harbour, Shirley Heights, St John’s and Stingray City from here. Perfect for short or long stays. And the plunge pool was such a luxury at the end of hot days!"

"The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

"Sarah’s cottage was exactly as she described. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the tree frogs at night and seeing all the lizards and beautiful birds. Sarah’s dog Honey was adorable, and Sarah provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, and the cottage was convenient to all beaches..and a nice, relaxing place to come back to after exploring the island."

Otherwise, guests wait a very long time at the only onsite option. Has a 'food truck' option ever been considered? This is something that has taken off in recent years in the US. Maybe a great business opportunity for some local folks!! A mobile coffee truck would make a killing. Another idea would be to stock the local shop [next to check in] with some actual groceries [eggs, fruit, bread, etc..]; or offer to stock room's with food for an additional cost. Thanks for the great stay - we hope to return. "

"This resort was honestly the best I’ve been, the staff are super attentive at all times. The food is delicious, the bartenders are so much fun. I travelled alone as a woman in Antigua and I had such a pleasent time, the taxi service provided by the hotel was punctual, respectful and helpful. The island itself it’s a treasure on its own and the people are very very charismatic. I recommend the hotel for a peaceful, relaxing time. "

"From check in to check out, the staff here are friendly and welcoming. The food, whether at their a la carte restaurants, magnificent buffet, or less formal coffee and bbq spots, was exceptional. Thanks to the efforts of their lead Events coordinator, Ann-Marie, there is never a lack of things to do or enjoy. The grounds and the facilities are exceptional. Some of the rooms have quirky electrical issues as well as could use some bathroom upgrading, but otherwise this resort is exceptional in every sense."
