"Wir haben nicht die Wohnung erhalten, die wir gebucht haben. Die Wohnung, die uns dann später zugeteilt wurde, konnte erst 2,5 Stunden später bezogen werden, weil sie erst gereinigt werden musste, was innerhalb von 30 min geschah. Wir fanden dann eine dreckige Wohnung auf (Dusche dreckig, in der Küche lagen noch Krümel, vor dem Haus türmte sich der Müll). Als wir das Haus verließen kam schon die nächste Gruppe, die auch angeblich umgebucht wurde… schreit nach Doppelbelegung… wir konnten dann...
