"We loved the vibe of this hotel, it’s a really nice location in Playa Flamingo where you can catch the perfect sunset. The staff is really kind and the rooms and facilities are nice. It’s also nice that you can walk to the beach, just in front of the hotel, and walk to restaurants."

"The staff worker at check in was extremely helpful and kind. She went out of her way to be helpful. The grounds are beautiful. Nice large pool. Big rooms with pool patios by each room. There is a lot of road noise in the front of hotel but that is to be expected since it’s on a major road. It was nice to have a restaurant on site."

"I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing. The nightly shows were very entertaining. Shout outs: Jimmy pool bartender, Alexa 3rd floor bartender and Noha front desk person. I wish I can remember everybody's name, again all employees were wonderful. And the monkeys by the beach are super cute."
