I was sold on the phone that the property had a pool and we would be given the best family suite newly updated...pool was at the sister hotel 2 blocks away, (Sheraton) bathroom walls had holes in them with wall paper falling off, shower had black mold , bed and bedding was in poor condition. carpets were stain and filthy. the smell of MOLD reaks throughout..if this was a Sheraton property it must be the red headed step child ..the only good thing it was a single night stay....

Our room #211 was very spacious and clean. It is dated but comfortable, my complain with this room is, the noise from the electrical room and elevator right next to it. Very hard to sleep in this room 😞.

Great place for medium stay expectations. Ac was freezing!!! (Loved that). Room was huge, clean, even had its own living room area. The only thing was the shower water didnt get very hot. High luke warm at best…. Other than that, was nice. Quiet/beach just a walk up street/ clean for what it is. Ied choose here again easy!!!

Unfortunately I do not have anything positive to say about this property. Our room was filthy, the rug was sticky and felt very dirty to walk on, stains all over the carpet; there were water stains all over the ceiling which leads me to believe there was a leak that wasn’t properly fixed. Neither of the tvs worked and many of the outlets did not work, we were lucky to find 2 to charge our phones for the night. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it before and would never book here again.
