"The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."

"This was a great town to visit. The BB Luna has some great Michelin star restaurants in walking distance. Make sure to not park across the street on weekends because of the local market. In Addition the gps brings you across the street. Search BB Luna when you get in the area. The host was one of the most thoughtful people and he was always making sure our stay was great. "

"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. "We were celebrating our 41st anniversary and stayed for 5 nights back on March 22, 2025, and we were pleased with the property and the location. The area is quiet at night, but it could be a little noisy early in the morning around 7 a.m. and 8am but nothing extreme. The only thing is that the hot breakfast is always cold around 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. "

"Rooms are spacious, clean and refreshed everyday. The location/ambience was nice and serene. Not far from Modena city centre at all. Breakfast options were decent. Dinners at the restaurant were great & the sommelier was really good- she offered the best wine native to the region 😃 which I thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommend 💯."
