Absolutely beautiful hotel, ticks all the boxes...great location, staff and rooms are brilliant. The included breakfast was also very good in a beautiful room on 5th floor.

Beautiful hotel! The decor is amazing. The half million tiles in the foyer are breathtaking and represent Portugal well. Great location also! Staff is so helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t wait to visit again!

The room was very nicely furnished and the bed was a comfortable experience. The hotel could not have a better location for exploring and dining. Certainly the best part of our stay was the warm and helpful staff. This is the place to stay in Coimbra.

The only comment I have is that there is no washcloth in the shower and no tray for the soap… I had no idea where to put it, and just left it sitting in the sink. Sort of odd, considering they thought of EVERYTHING else! 😊

What a wonderful surprise - I didn’t do a lot of research ahead and found myself in one of the best boutique hotels I have been to. The hotel only has 15 rooms and the decor is so beautiful and unique. The finishes are top notch and the bed …. How much I’m going to miss that bed. The staff was super friendly and helpful - if I could give 6 starts I would in this case.

Obviously the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in maybe ever. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The shower is a piece of art in itself! How fun. Great hotel.

Fantastic stay! Stunning hotel and very well priced. Unbelievable room design and amenities. Amazing views and location. The staff are very kind. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself were outstanding. Overall extremely impressed. Sadly the parking situation is a bit difficult but in general we had a wonderful stay.

Great central location. The most comfortable rooms and beds of our travel in Portugal. Loved the library theme. Glass doors into toilet area may be bothersome. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was pleasant and tried to help wherever they could.

Right at the beginning of the square was in a great location and so easy to walk to University and sites. The bed was fantastic and the decor was unique marble library for shower and bathroom. It is right along the river so great for a scenic run or walk.

Loved the location! If you have a rental car, parking is the challenge in the area. Building and staff were excellent. Definitely recommend this place for a visit to Coimbra.

You won’t believe the luxury beds at this hotel. We were blown away with them. Even without them the hotel is amazing. Beautiful marble decor, unique room features, exceptional breakfast, beautiful rooftop views overlooking the city and river. Location on the main pedestrian area can’t be beat. This hotel is walkable to the university and is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and bars. The front desk was available 24hours and always helpful with local suggestions.
