"The property is very well located. It is a beautiful building with comfortable rooms and a great service. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Never had a comparable experience in another other hotel. The amount of food and the variety was huge including chilean typical plates. The personnel is very helpful and knowledgeable. "Literally set in a vineyard the rooms could be twee being set in ( very large) upturned wine barrels, but is fun. Noting though that there really is no soundproofing so as we were pretty much the only people there perhaps things change with more guests"

"Situated in the middle of wineries, away from the hustle bustle - TerraVina is a beautiful property with rooms with a balcony facing the Andes. There is a terrific winery just a 5 to 8 minute walk and three restaurants within 5 minutes, one located directly within the property. "

"I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case. The staff were extremely nice however. The breakfast consisted of cold meats, cheeses, pies and pastries, and instant coffee. Not the best, however when I asked...

"The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was minimal and the swimming pool was huge but dirty. Also not many chairs by the pool and it is not on the property but adjacent to it (300 yards). That being said, the staff made up for all the shortcomings of the property. "

"Our 3-night stay was great here. The view of the Andes Mts. Is a beautiful sight at sunrise. They had a super variety of food at breakfast and on their dinner menu. The elevators both worked quickly and the parking garage was shaded. Our room had a refrigerator and a safe. They offered cleaning each day but we just wanted towels or garbage picked up. The hotel is in a great location off the freeway. Negative was the pool was cold!👀😉"

"It was a pleasant, comfortable place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, I would wish they would dim the restaurant lights for dinner. They were really too bright: reminded me of other places in the world where they like to indicate that it is time for you to leave."
