Room was fantastic, very spacious and well appointed. Only disappointment was the ‘orange juice’ at breakfast was I think orange squash, shame not to have real juice at such a nice place. Freshly squeezed OJ was available to order at €5 but I think basic juice should have been available. Spa was possibly the nicest we’ve been. Staff everywhere were really helpful.

Best hotel ever, best spa ever and the service was top notch, the location and amenities are superb… the front desk manager personal touch due to our anniversary was the icing on the caje

The property needs updating and the room wasn’t that functional-safe was locked and I useable, bathroom was big but with virtually no storage area for toiletries and with a yrinal and toilet?, only an armoire to hang clothes and room was noisy with main road foot and street traffic.
Staff is lovely, it’s well located, and very walkable from the ferries.
Breakfast had real eggs , limited fruit and no decafe coffee
All in all-a basic hotel that’s located just off lake “love” trail and within easy walking of main Varenna and ferries
