Absolutely perfect home!
We stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament. This house was absolutely perfect! Had everything that we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think you'd need! We will definitely book here again!!

One of the best we've ever stayed at! A+++++
This house has thought of everything and we were beyond comfortable. Came down with my boys for the A&M basketball camp and it was only about a 9-10 drive to Reed Arena. Great beds, couches and tons of space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice to have beer and water available. We had a long trip. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable.thank you for letting us use your extension cord. Could you please purchase a bagel cutter. Beautiful Home
As soon as we walked in the door we were impressed with this beautiful home. It was very clean and well maintained. Comfy beds/sheets/bedding. Lovely, well stocked kitchen. We will definitely try to rent it again on another visit to Aggieland!

Great Aggie House
We were in town for Parents weekend and have stayed at other properties in the area. This house was perfect! Location was close, but still out of the main craziness. We all loved the beds, cooked breakfast in the wonderful kitchen and relaxed in the backyard. It is an A++++++ property.

Clean and Comfortable Home
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for several days. The kids thought the big, internet-connected TV and push-button-controlled recliners in the living room were the best things ever. We really enjoyed the room off the front door where we played board games together, and someone could work in peace in quiet there, too, as needed. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy, and everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean, the only thing is the bed in the master bedroom is a sleep number and one side didn't work so that side of the bed had big dip in it that was a little annoying. Other then that everything was great.

Well equipped home, some issues
The home itself is great- well equipped, clean, comfortable. It is close to several restaurants, heb grocery and easy access to the A&M campus. We did have several issues that were inconvenient but the primary contact helped resolve them. Those minor issues included the entry not being set up for our arrival so we had delayed access, internet being down intermittently, finicky TV controllers, smoke detector beeping, etc. The biggest feedback I think renters should know is the fact that the home is located very close to a railroad track. I didn't know this until the actual address was provided. We stayed anyway and while it woke some of us up early most mornings, it wasn't terrible. If we had babies or very sensitive sleepers, I would have been very frustrated.

Great Place!
We were in College Station for my daughter's Aggie Ring Day. Whoop! This house was perfect! The location was great for what we needed. The property is kept very nice and clean. We loved the floor plan and all of the amenities. Larry was wonderful and was very responsive to any questions we had. I have to give a very special thank you to Larry for being extra kind to us as my car broke down and we had to have AAA tow it back to Cypress! He made a stressful situation a little better. We had fun with the fire pit outside and played a lot of games at the table. I would highly recommend this place!

Relax Stay
We attended a summer baseball tournament in Franklin, TX about 40min from this location and I must say it was worth the drive to both College Station and this home. For one particular day we had almost a whole day to waist before our next game and this place gave us all the amenities of home and relaxation. Comfortable neighborhood a couple of miles from campus, comfortable couches and beds to relax and all the amenities of home. Great stay!

Great Place To Stay
The house is in excellent condition and very clean. Three bedrooms are all spacious with very comfortable beds. The large television in the living room was wonderful for watching the Aggie game. The kitchen has every gadget you need and a choice of coffee makers. Everything was first rate and we really enjoyed the house. Thanks to the owners for providing such a nice home away from home. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for move in weekend at TAMU!
We were in town for move-in weekend and had a great stay. It was nice to have a garage to park our loaded car into. The house is very clean, has all the amenities we needed (and then some). The Sleep Number bed in the master bedroom was a bonus!
