"info on the Hotel.com wasn't accurate. not much facilities available nearby. very isolated. nothing closely ie shops supermarket etc.no food available after 8pm. very small rooms not suitable for 4 adults. beds offered are very uncomfortable not suitable for adult.studio advertised for 4 sleep is far too small.misleading info. will not recommend at all very disappointing. we left the place after 3nights even though we paid for 10 nights in the accommodation. "

"This was our first time at Hotel Escapade and it was amazing. The staff are very friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and our room had the most amazing views. Breakfast was also superb. "The property is wonderfully located just next to the harbour and beach. The room had lovely views from the small balcony! Bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep! Staff was friendly and very helpful and breakfast in the morning was good with a lovely view across the harbour! Nice French feel! "

"Great location, reception staff super friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them. Rooms are pretty small, air conditioning unit was poor, didn’t really have an impact and was cooler to sleep with the balcony door open! Rooms were not hugely soundproof. Housekeeping was a bit poor. Had to keep going down to reception for things the housekeeping didn’t top up e.g. milk, shower gel, even toilet paper!"

"We stayed here for a rugby weekend, and found the location to be perfect. Short walk to the stadium, and very central to all other attractions in the town. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. The restaurant on site is brilliant. Great set menu for dinner and good choice of wines and champagnes. Can not wait to visit again, maybe when the weather is a little warmer"

"It was a simple room, with few outlets but OK. The biggest problem was that I had a spectacular wipeout in the bathroom. It was partially my fault as I didn't use the towel bath mat, but the floor was extremely slippery as there was no separation between shower and the rest of the bathroom floor (no barrier to the water). I advised the hotel that they should coat the floor with some slip-resistance coating. When the WiFi didn't work the second day, the front desk gave me another network...
