"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. The suite was like a small apartment with a separate living room, (though not sound-separated), and an efficiency kitchen in the hallway. Great location for shopping, eating and strolling. Pharmacy nearby, mini grocery store. Safe to walk at night (I got home after 9pm and travelled alone). Lift access and clean...

In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back...

Great stay

"Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. The room was a good size with nice large windows. The TV had multiple channels from multiple countries around the world. "
