The staff were great especially Jolina. She was very patient, answered all our questions and provided lots of valuable information to us; The hotel is a five minute walk to the centre and very convenient; the breakfast was deliciious with plenty of options; Our room was huge, clean and very comfy. The room was very small. We couldn’t even put a suitcase down and had to keep it upright. When asked to move to a bigger room they couldn’t do it. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was great. Close to old town. Parking was great. It was indoor and secure.

The room was tiny. The bed almost completely filled the room and was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, almost as hard as a bare floor. The bathroom was laid out in such a way that the toilet was right up against the shower making it difficult to sit on the toilet because my knees hit the shower door. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient. If they have larger rooms, take them because the economy room is not comfortable at all.

Great stay… it is very close to the old town of colmar … just 7 minutes away from the petit Venice bridge. However if you are planning to park at the hotel, you need to make reservation with the hotel in advance.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was quite spacious with a nice bathroom. We travelled with our labrador dog and felt very welcome at the hotel. Parking with charging stations are available (mention when you request, so they can assign a space). We will go back there.

Need better blinds! Lights shine through
The hotel is close in to the city center of Colmar. It's a nice remodeled property with a nice breakfast and a great sitting area near the bar. However, the blinds in my room were terrible and lights from the street on the 3rd floor, were very annoying, especially when they reflected in the mirrors in the room. My room was #304. You need to improve the blinds, or add curtains. I had a very terrible nights sleep. Everything else was quite nice at the property.
