Comfortable stay. Staff very accommodating. Well located for a city visit. We would have appreciated access to bottles of water and hot drinks outside of breakfast time. Very noisy street. Better room temperature regulation would be good.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, the only drawback was that it was slightly too warm although that was easily fixed by keeping the window open. Would definitely recommend it. Only a short walk to the main Hauptbahnhof and stadt zentrum.

Great location, a lot of dining options in the area and easy access to public transport. The room was clean though the property is a bit old. The key to the room was an actual key chained to a big block, and we only got one copy. All the other hotels typically gave us card keys. One morning someone we don’t know unlocked and entered our room, and then left. We asked the reception desk who it was (probably cleaning service?) but couldn’t get a clear answer.

The hotel was in a perfect location for the city centre, either to walk or use the U bahn. The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. They also helped us to solve a problem we had with our suitcase which we really appreciated. Thank you! Couldn't recommend the hotel more.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the toilet was very dirty with poop stains from the previous occupant. Tried to clean it but to no avail. As our flight was delayed and we were very late we just wanted to sleep so didn't alert desk staff. The doors on our corridor were banging whenever another guest exited their room. Cleaning took place in other rooms in our corridor quite early in the morning- so no chance of a lie in.

Extremely rude staff, room condition is horrible, it had a horrible mold smell, not clean at all, it had no a/c, the bathroom had a lot of broken tiles, there was a light bulb missing, the door didn't close and it had paper towel shoved in the keyhole to cover the opening, and you can hear every car that drives by and it's a very busy street, we barely got any sleep.
