This is an amazing hotel from top to bottom. Service was excellent. Room an bed were amazing. Great all around facilities.

Beautiful views! Wonderful staff! Great housekeeping and engineering service if needed. The gym did its job the spa ladies were amazing as well. Overall an exceptional stay.

Our stay at Wellcomm Hotel was overall nice. The hotel is beautiful, and everything met our expectations. The room was as described, and the staff was attentive, though the service was often slow. On the bright side, the food quality was excellent, and the pizza was delicious. However, I’m writing this review to alert other travelers about an important safety concern. One night, while walking towards the main street, we experienced an attempted robbery, which was a terrifying ordeal. Upon reporting it to the hotel, we discovered that they were aware of the area’s safety issues but failed to inform or warn us in advance. As a guest, especially when visiting a foreign country, it’s essential to feel safe and informed. We expressed our frustration to the staff, as we would have greatly appreciated being alerted to the potential danger so we could have taken extra precautions. I hope this review serves as a warning for others—not to discourage you from staying here, but to ensure that you’re mindful not to walk in that area at night. With this awareness, you can enjoy the hotel and its amenities while staying safe.

This is our second visit to Selvario, and we’re already looking forward to the next one. The rooms are stunning, the service is excellent, and everything about the experience is top-notch. The restaurant serves amazing food—everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The rooftop is absolutely incredible, and I highly recommend it!
