"Great property which is close to main sites in colombo, many food options, beach, and rooftops. The room was clean and spacious. The gym is however really small and the rooftop view was somewhat blocked by the co are ton in front! Great hotel for the price however! My only reason for a 4 star is that this feels more like a 4 star hotel than a 5 star."

"The hotel is very pretty and well located. Staff is nice and attentive. There is a lot of security with gives you a feeling of safety. Room was spacious and very nice. Many amenities are available. However, the food/drink service needs improving. Breakfast is great but do not go after 9am otherwise you'll have to wait 1h for coffee or water! "It was a great location with a lovely sea view from the rooms. My family and I had visited Colombo only for a day. The hotel was very comfortable and the highlight of the place was the manager of the front desk who welcomed us in the most warm manner and made us feel at place immediately as we entered! "We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"First of all it’s says on your website it is a hotel which is not there it is apartment building with date common areas There is no staff who can take my luggage there was no restaurant, no coffee shop, no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room no hair dryer there is a long list which is missing Not happy at all Plus I couldn’t leave that place because it was 2am"
