"We stayed here to recover in luxury after a 17 hour flight from the USA. We didn't wake up until 1 pm which was perfect because the free city tour starts at 2:30. It was a nice way to see a bit of Colombo. The rooms were comfortable and staff were fantastic. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were beautiful especially at sunset. "

Popular with Indians and Chinese which creates its own challenges to both other guests and staff Rooms are clean but have very poor storage due to size. Bathroom probably the best I have used. "Great security when entering the building. Great service when we called down to ask for a toaster. The kitchen was a bit dated and lacked towels. Otherwise the residence is a great place for a larger group that can use multiple bedrooms. BEAUTIFUL POOL view facing the Lotus Tower!"

"The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very well decorated. The only drawback is the bathroom shower door which opens outside and the floor becomes slippery after shower. I asked for a nonslip mat but there was none. "

"The hotel is a nice discovery and a modern interior with a heritage exterior. Even the parking is underground that takes your car on an elevator. I enjoyed the facilities except a few downs. One is they don’t have an iron in the room, even the one they brought on request didn’t work. The housekeeping was requested to do the cleaning towards the evening but they didn’t show up. We asked for two plates and cutleries, cutleries were clean but the plates looked as if they didn’t wash them....

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"First of all it’s says on your website it is a hotel which is not there it is apartment building with date common areas There is no staff who can take my luggage there was no restaurant, no coffee shop, no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room no hair dryer there is a long list which is missing Not happy at all Plus I couldn’t leave that place because it was 2am"
