"WOW. cannot say enough amazing things about this facility. From the staff to the cleanliness. Our kids thought it was amazing of course because of their delicious breakfast and extra large pool & spa! I have grown up visiting Cuatemoc and still have family there and so excited that we have found a place. We can stay that we know we’ll have amazing service and comfortable stay.
The staff is beyond accommodating. Whatever you ask for as quickly brought to your room or taken care of immediately. Your rooms are cleaned daily and they actually clean them lol
Our son had a nosebleed around 3 AM and within a few minutes, we had fresh sheets in a new pillow for him. "
