Clean, beautiful, spacious room, very attentive and welcoming staff, the service is A+++ (just for that alone, you'd want to come back); botted drinking water; the amenities were not the best, but the staff did everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable, they even bought and installed a brand new hand held shower for us. We had a room with the kitchenette and all the appliances were new, full size refrigerator. *One star off for the amenities and dated cabinets, no hair dryer, but overall, pleasant stay, good location within a short walking distance from downtown, stores and restaurants, although some 5 min from the airport, it was quiet, we even forgot how close we were to the airport. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Sunsets were beautiful and snorkeling was great! The food was just ok, not a lot of variety for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was good. The wait times for the restaurants for dinner were really long, many times over an hour. It doesn’t help that you could go to Secrets restaurants, as they don’t allow children, even older teens.
