The Palazzo Hotel is a hidden gem. The hotel does not present well from the outside, but once you enter the hotel it is beautiful and clean!! The room was very clean, but the water pressure in the shower was poor.
The breakfast waa amazing!! Great healthy choices.

The staff was nice. This area didn’t really have walking distance restaurants like the other side of I-drive. This hotel also has an old feel to it. It definitely needs a face lift. Over all 6/10

The area was clean and convenient to the event we were in town for. The issue was that there was no way to control the A/C for the room. We were told that the controls were in the next room and that they couldn't bother the people staying there. Our room was so hot that we had to sleep with the balcony doors open and listen to the traffic all night. We told the front desk of the issue and they sent someone who basically said that there was nothing he could do. The second day it was corrected for a part of the day, but it went back to 'Heat' mode and the room became too hot again. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that there was no control in the room.
