Charming, Centrally located 3-bedroom house in Colorado Springs

Built in 1909, this old house is filled with charm, quirky nooks and thoughtful touches throughout. We've DIYed some minor cosmetic renovations so it's not modern or perfect but it's comfortable, cozy, charming and affordable. It's located right in between downtown and Old Colorado City so it's walking distance to both neighborhoods and easily accessible to Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs tourist attractions. Our delightful house boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed.
