The amenities were great. We enjoyed all of the water activities. The views from the room were fantastic. The only down side was they didn’t have enough staff to clean to rooms so towels, trash, coffee mugs etc weren’t replenished daily. This did not meet our expectations for a high end hotel resort. Beyond that it was very family friendly with lots to do and plenty of places to lounge in the shade by the pool.

We had a fantastic stay! We truly enjoyed the amenities and the beautiful view from our room. A special shoutout to Kayla (hope I spelled that correctly) for making our visit memorable! She upgraded us to a Mountain View room and ensured we had a quiet and relaxing space. The entire front desk team was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with.
