Beautiful, one of a kind log cabin nestled in the pine and aspen trees in one of Colorado's amazing picturesque settings.
Located just minutes from Cripple Creek, Colorado and only a short distance from some of Colorado's top vacation destinations near Colorado Springs.

Awesome cabin
My family and I stayed 4 nights here and it was great! If you have AT&T, be sure to have door code/wifi info printed out or loaded on your phone before arriving. We had to drive toward the town a ways in order to get enough reception to load the vrbo app for this info. The property was very quiet and private, some road noise. Plenty of firewood and fire starters provided. Closest grocery store is only about 12 minutes away. Would love to stay again one day!

Beautiful cabin in the woods/mountains with easy access to many activities. Cabin was exceptionally clean, kitchen well stocked and beds were comfortable. This cabin was even dog friendly which is hard to find. Definitely a five star stay!

Centrally located for outdoor adventures, fishing was great, and tourists locations in any direction 40 minutes which was better than our target plan Knives and cookware could use an upgrade. Cooked 90%,of meals on grill so only a small improvement. Not a fan of electric stoves but that is the cook inside of me and knew that at time of reservation. Great supplies of wood and charcoal A bit of road noise but not too bothered by it as we were gone most of day

We weren't sure we would make it since the day before we arrived, they received 29+" of snow! But the owner was great to keep in communication with us and somehow got a snowplow there to clean the road to the cabin drive and we made it! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Just like the pictures show. ALL the beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with gear and even food staples. The kids (5 & 6) had so much fun sledding and playing in the snow and seeing the mountains and beautiful surroundings. Check in was super easy and like i said, the communication with the owners was fantastic. They kept us in the loop with the status of getting the road cleared. Don't hesitate at all to stay here. You won't regret it. It's roomy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and in a beautiful location. Colorado Springs and The Royal Gorge were each about an hour drive away but what a beautiful drive! Thanks for such a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful
This cabin is absolutely beautiful. My friends and family were in the area to see the ice sculptures and ice castle in Cripple Creek. The location was perfect; just a short lovely drive to the town. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

This is a beautiful property nestled in a great location that is easy to get to,, even though it snowed daily while we were there it was great. This is not the place for you if you are cellphone dependent. Initially i was going ro travel there alone and a young guy from my neighborhood had proposed to his girlfriend and asked if they could tag along. They let me know that they will never forget this for the rest of their lives!!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!

My husband and I finally took a vacation after 5 years. We normally go to the beach but decided to try something totally different. And we absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful and cozy. The house
The house is very nice...everything inside the house literally is nice i could not emphasize it more. If i have the chance to go back again i would. Airport is like 2 and half hours from this place. Groceries store is like 4 miles. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Perfect location
I booked this property because i fell in love with the inside of this cabin and I'm so glad we stayed here. The cabin is spacious, lovely and very clean. The location was perfect for us. We like to feel secluded and we did at this spot however we were still close enough for day trips to all the must- see spots such as Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge and Garden of the Gods. We were very comfortable here. Even tho the house sits near the highway, traffic noise was minimal. Plenty of amenities were provided for our week long stay. We enjoyed walking our dogs on the property and as a reminder to future guests with pets, don't forget to scoop! Also, key for us pet owners (or even visitors with children) the front porch and upstairs have built in gates which is always a bonus for pets and kids. We even saw some wildlife just outside our door reminding us of where we were and where we wanted to be. Do yourself a favor and book this cabin!

Fantastic! The house is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Extremely clean, comfortable, fun. Wifi was a must as you are truly out in wilderness. Our teenagers had a great time. So much to do nearby. We went Whitewater rafting, Jeep off-roading, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Royal Gorge Bridge, Cave of the Winds and Hot Springs. Thanks to our hosts!
