Great Vacation Home!
We had an amazing time here! The house was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the "things you may need" closet! We got a beautiful snow while we stayed here, so the kids loved the game room and indoor pool while we were stuck inside. We also really enjoyed the sleds provided once it calmed down enough to take the kids outdoors. The hosts communicated well, and the check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. This home truly exceeded our expectations, and we 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience!
We spent 3 nights at this fabulous property, and aside from how beautiful and new of us, they thought of everything! From the snowcone supplies at the pool to the baby monitor in the ‘things you might need closet,’ every part of this experience was above expectations!

Family reunion
Excellent - with so many extras, so much to enjoy. The pool and hot tubs - the fabulous game room - the well equipped kitchen and the bedrooms and living room —- all were above expectations…! The Hosts provided many things to make the guests stay well above an average rental. Even though we did not make the Samores - the ingredients and roasting sticks were there to be enjoyed. Three coffee pot choices and so many extra appliances were available… The outdoor spaces with fire pits and comfortable seating areas were certainly special areas for our family to relax and enjoy…. Too many amenities to list all - but our family had a Wonderful time in Woodland Park….!!!!

21st Birthday Celebration with Family and Friends
This is one of those situations where the pictures don't actually do the property justice. The house is so much more beautiful in person than the pictures posted here. And the house's depth, warmth, and charming atmosphere cannot be captured by these pictures either. It is truly a wonderful property that is well stocked with every amenity and very well run by the host. My wife and I are clean freaks and found this place to very much be at or above our standards as well. I highly recommend!!!

Truly exceptional
Fantastic property. Exceptionally clean with amazing attention to detail and thoughtful items provided. We have rented many houses in the US and internationally and I would seriously rank this as #1. It is a beautiful home and the location is great for the local sites/activities. The layout works very well for an extended family or even 2 families traveling together. I am going to say clean again -because this place was truly clean - all the dishes/cooking pans/ appliances in great condition/bathrooms/floors etc. It makes you feel that you can truly be comfortable and at home here. Just so many nice details provided - coffee supplies/ingredients to make s'mores on the fire/spices for cooking/generous cleaning and laundry supplies/ games and coloring for the kids/ a "just in case you forgot" closet. Our kids literally screamed in happiness when they saw the game room, pool and sweet little kid play nooks. We absolutely loved this house and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Great Family Experience
This was an excellent property to stay at with family. The host explained to us upon arrival that one of the hot tubs was not working and that they were planning to have someone come to repair it soon but that the second hot tub was still operational. Although we did not get to take advantage of the indoor pool and the working hot tub, the fact that it was there was an amazing amenity to have. The housekeeping staff did leave a trail of mud that fell off the back of their truck in the driveway. At first we thought it was animal droppings so we contacted the host right away and they promptly informed us that it was actually mud which was a relief but still annoying to deal with as we did not want to step in it and accidentally bring it into the beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again though as the hosts did an excellent job communicating with us and best of all it was very clean.

BEST RENTAL HOME IN COLORADO!!
Our family spends a week every year in a rental home in Colorado. We've stayed at 5-star homes in Breck, Vail, and Copper Mountain as we require 6-7 bedrooms. If we were able to, we would give this home a 10-star rating! From the moment we found the listing, we were well informed as the host was on top of all communication. Before arriving, we were assured that there was a crib, playpen, high chair, and all of the amenities that we needed. When we walked into the home, we were astonished at the amount of detail that went into every single room. They literally thought of everything. They had welcome bags for our kids at the entry table! The kids loved the bunk room, with little red lanterns that hung next to each bunk. They provided coloring supplies, books and games to play with! Every single decoration is intentional throughout the entire home! The pool had every accessory that you need to keep your child safe and provided hours of fun for all of us. Luxurious pool towels are provided. They even have supplies to make snow cones! Every bedroom had robes & fresh linens. All bedrooms on the top floor have TV's with premium programming and apps like Apple TV, Disney, Hulu & Netflix. The kitchen had every item needed and a great pantry! The outdoor living area was amazing! The game room and CINEMA provided fun and much-needed R&R! The WiFi worked great with no delays. The home and the hosts were absolutely exceptional. Do not delay in booking- you will be so happy you did!

Amazing Property!
We recently gathered at this stunning property to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday with our family of 19, spanning ages 2 to 70. The home was truly ideal, perfectly accommodating our large group and offering endless entertainment for all ages. Our kids even declared it the best vacation ever, happily spending most of their time at the house. They practically lived between the arcade room and the pool, and we definitely got our steps in! The location was also unbeatable, allowing for quick day trips to spots like The North Pole (a magical experience for little ones) and Manitou Springs. Every detail in the house was carefully thought out, stocked with anything we could possibly need—or hadn’t even realized we’d need! Evenings around the fire pit on the patio were a delight, and we enjoyed cozy moments on the couches watching football or playing games. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to consider adding blackout or thicker curtains in the upstairs bedrooms, as the outdoor lights made the rooms quite bright at night. I hope we are able to make this a yearly trip, we had the best time! Thank you :)

Elevated Escape
