Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. The location was in a great location for all the things we wanted to do around Colorado Springs. Big kitchen and dining space, comfy beds and a quiet street. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

CO Springs getaway worth it

Enjoyable time at this home during a weekend stay. It is clean and modern and the owners had good communication throughout the booking and stay. Great location for what we were wanting to do. It was well stocked with kitchen items and we were able to prepare for everything we had planned. We plan on keeping this on our list for future stay.

Great rental close to many of the area attractions! Old Colorado city is a gem and loved that we could walk to restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. Would rent this spot again. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the mountain views and beautiful weather.

Lots of things for small children like baby gates, a pack n play, high chair, booster, and eating utensils. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Beautiful view of the mountains!

Family Getaway

The location and size of this property was perfect for our family spring break getaway. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and had a great time taking advantage of walking to local restaurants for meals in Old Colorado City. Easy access to downtown and for excursions to Manitou Springs and beyond.

Great first visit to Colorado Springs

Overall happy with our stay. Easy check in process and location was ideal for the sights we wanted to visit. We thought the home was welcoming and it was nice to come back to after a long day sightseeing. We appreciated the comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We felt the cleanliness could have been better in some areas, especially the upstairs bathroom. The towels looked very dingy. Also, the couch desperately needs to be replaced.

Colorado Springs get away

The house was everything we hoped it was and more. Only 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods, great views right of the front deck and walking distance to so many’s restaurants and shops. It was the perfect base for our family spring trip to the mountains.
