Roaches and Mold
I know it's on the water (and the dock is missing) but there were roach body parts and roaches in the room. There is mold from in the bathroom that a appears to be from an upstairs leak. Tube appears to be dirty and stained. I understand that most people stay here for holiday. I actually stayed here for work location connivence would have been nice to actually have watchable regular cable and not just the paid cable options.

The property was a perfect location from the GP Mill, right on the river was nice.
