Nature all around with a nature park. Minutes from everything. Fort Jackson Base, USC, Williams-Brice Stadium, downtown, bars, restaurants, nightlife. You are here on business, or to celebrate a graduation at the academy, dropping off your children in college at the USC, watch the game at Williams-Brice Stadium or just pleasure, this home will give you everything you need.

Two bedrooms with queen beds in both rooms. The Master Bedroom has a full bath including a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is in the hallway. An additional room serves as an office space complete with a printer and office supplies to get work done. Extra sleeping arrangements can be made if needed. Note the high ceiling living room, comfortable sofas and a smart tv with high speed internet. Lush green backyard with string lights to lounge with your coffee. A full kitchen with all your amenities provided. Pots, pans, silverware, glassware, Keurig (k-cups & tea available), a microwave, a refrigerator that offers fresh water and an ice cube dispenser, and a rice cooker, etc. All you need is the groceries of your choice. Nearest grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Stay here in the short or the long term, you will feel that you never left home. "An amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host Joy was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, close to my event and the neighborhood was peaceful. Loved the little touches, like fresh coffee, welcome snacks, comfy bedding]. We really enjoyed our stay, the property was as described and very close to the downtown area, which is what we wanted. The little touches like soaps & lotions in the bathrooms and the stocked coffee station was a treat! Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.
