The property is beautiful. The only complaint I have, is that the sofa and ottoman chair could use being replaced, as there were stains on the seat cushions, and the sofa bed creaks and makes noise every time you sit or get up. On the other hand, the bed was great. I had the best night sleep I had in a long time. Staff was great also,and the property and trail was beautiful

The property is older but in good shape. Nice pool and relaxing area, ability to walk around the pond/lake outside of the hotel. Clean comfortable rooms and little things like water, coffee, tea, fruit in the lobby area. Close to dining options and easy access to highway.

Upon our arrival to this hotel. We were a tad early of the check in time. We walked in and saw the hotel worker behind the desk. She did not say hello, welcome rather than very rudely said "you can't check in until 3 "we are full! and gave us a look like what were we doing here. When we finally get our room, it is not the one I chose from the website. I was told I made reservations with a third party it was not their problem. Then the breakfast was a joke. food was nasty, little that was out. Out of creamer for coffee and apple juice was pretty much water. Room was dirty. Floor in bathroom dirty. Walls dirty. I WOULD NEVER PLAN A STAY HERE EVER. It gets better, the same rude clerk we saw the first time, checked us out and asked us if we wanted our receipt emailed. We said not we would like it printed out. She said I can't do that since you booked 3rd party! WHAT IN THE WORLD. YOU TOOK MY MONEY. I PAID THERE AT THE HOTEL. THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. I AM SO DISAPONITED AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT! THIRD PARTY!

I thought the person working Sunday night/Monday morning was outstanding. Got up at 4 AM as i couldn't sleep. Went to lobby and amazed fresh coffee was out. Jackie was most hospitable to me in offering several things. My amazement was watching her clean up areas around the garbage cans in lobby. Incredible attention to detail and desire to do a great job. Great employee!!

We stayed 3 nights on the start of the 3rd night we noticed house keeping hadnt been in. We had no clean towels, or wash clothes. There was a female accident and that morning we called the front office telling them what happened and what we needed to do. They said removed the sheets house keeping would be in. We got in late about midnight had to call front desk for sheets had to make the bed ourself ask for the bath towels, wash clothes AND toilet paper. They offered to move us to another room but we had too much stuff to pack and move just to be leaving at 7am. Other than that issue we loved the hotel and staff the first two nights. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the pool, and absolutely love the lake and walk way. Was convenient with the surrounding restaurants, we utilized 2 out of 3 on one of the nights which was nice
