Please note that this house shares a driveway with an adjacent historic home where the owners or other rental guests may be staying.
A rental contract is required for every booking and will be sent to guests within the 48-hour zero penalty cancellation period.
Please be aware that this old house has a back staircase with uneven stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We recommend guests with such considerations to take note of this before booking.

When left alone in the house, we request that you crate your pet. If you plan to bring your pet, please inform us at the time of booking. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay will apply.

Please be aware that you may encounter some wildlife, such as ladybugs, stinkbugs, deer, turkeys, bees, wasps, frogs, moths, ticks, spiders, bats, snakes, etc., during your stay. Our dedicated housekeepers and pest control service work diligently to maintain cleanliness and tidiness. However, as the house is centuries old and situated in the countryside, the occasional encounter with wildlife or the scent of nearby farms is possible.
