Had to ask for towels for both nights we stayed here! Also, it has a pool but don’t plan on using it. Couldn’t see the bottom the water was so cloudy and “things” on the bottom of both the hot tub and pool.

When we checked in I had to use the restroom. When I walked into the restrooms by the pool it was hands down the most horrid smell I have ever smelt. When I told the hotel host she said she hadn’t been in the guys restroom for weeks. Shouldn’t they clean it everyday? When in our room the smell was horrid as well for even a non smoking room. If you have any worries about smell and cleanness DO NOT STAY HERE!

Booked at 2 queen bed for 2 adults via expedia for a couple of my employees. When they arrived they were told there could only be 1 person in the room forcing us to book another room. The entire process was extremely aggravating. Terrible business ethics. Would go to walmart and buy a tent before giving this establishment another penny

Our microwave almost caught on fire when we started it for 30 seconds, had to shut it off immediately because it was sparking inside and there was no metal in it just a plastic bottle

So if this is the one in Kingdom city Missouri, there was no Elevator, they tried putting 3 HANDICAP and not in A HANDICAP room.on 2nd floor, ended up on 1st floor in a room with no heat which probably only needed once, Arthur at night was the only helpful one. We could of paid an additional $600.00 and been put in 2 handicap rooms. I also checked out on 5-7-24 because needed to have 1 traveler at the airport by 6am, so had to get a room in St Louis, Comfort inn . That room was great and staff also
