"This apartment was exactly as the listing described—newly remodeled, modern kitchen, clean space, etc. Jenny and Justin were super quick to respond and very helpful. The only reason the overall rating is a 4 instead of a 5 is because the bed was uncomfortable, so it made it hard to sleep. But overall it was a lovely stay and we would stay again!!"

"This duplex is perfectly located with a 20 drive to Ft Benning and a pleasant 15 minute walk to downtown Columbus. Older house but perfect for me and my wife with our soldier staying with us during the day. You are getting what you pay for but it's a good bargain. "Everything was as advertised. There isn’t any storage in the bathroom. I didn’t see a hairdryer, but found it in the kitchen, after two days of wet hair. 😂 The blinds don’t go all the way to the bottom of the window and that weirded me out. I took the sofa cushions and leaned them against the bottom of the windows to cover the gap. Otherwise, it was great!"

"Very nice place. Close to everything. The owners were amazing. They answered very quickly about everything. I definitely would stay here again. The only suggestion i would have is to have tvs in the bedrooms. I was a bit bummed to not have that in the bedrooms. But overall it was great."

"We stayed here for our son’s Turning Green ceremony. It was in a beautiful neighborhood with great atmosphere. One of the other tenants was extremely friendly and gave us great advice on local do’s and don’ts. The apartment was clean and welcoming. I hade most everything I needed to make lasagna for dinner one night. Only complaint is the coffeemaker. I prefer an 10-12 cup pot and his was a single cup maker, but there’s a Tim Hortons not far away. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is a great little apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The host got back to us quickly. The neighborhood is a little questionable, but the neighbors are kind. There is an issue with the shower. It is either scalding hot, or ice cold. There is no in-between. We let the host know so I hope this gets fixed. Overall, I think this is a great place and I would recommend others to stay as long as the shower gets fixed."

"Management was helpful, but it was one problem after another. Paid for extra day because they would not give us early entry. Place had no power so we had to move to another location (but they charged us eventhough we could not use the unit all day) Refrigerator in new location didnt work and our food was spolied. Had trouble accessing both units,...... the list goes on and on"

"The place was nice the furnature was a little worn but still nice. The shower is short even for a short person and pointed toward rhe wall so showing was a bit of a task. Honest we were only there for sleeping and it was great for that. I would and have already recommended to others. The neighbors were a bit nosie when we arrived the first night as it was late in the night as we drove in from Mid Florida and did not arrive till a little late. But other than that it was nice."

"It was nice. It was very clean and the back yard area for my pups was wonderful. Host even provided waste bags. Snacks left were a bonus. The only issue I would see is the access is on a high incline so if you have an elderly person( on oxygen or disabled etc) or small child you may want to see if there is another access for you with the host. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you"

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Mr. & Mrs. Woods were very accommodating & communicative. For the most part, the surrounding area was very quiet. It was not difficult to locate the property. It's not far from the Georgia line. I spent a lot of my time in the Phenix City/Columbus area which is very lively. For the price, I think you get more than what you pay.
