the staff was very friendly, but the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we booked it. the pool opened up for the last night of our stay and it was freezing cold. the breakfast wasn’t that great, beds were really firm.

Terribly noisy everywhere! Large group of girl dance competition on each floor. Even the adults were incredibly loud! Slamming doors and carrying on everywhere you went. You couldn’t enjoy breakfast because it was such commotion and noisy. We were close to asking an adult, if they realized they were in a public space. Such disrespect for others. We feel the staff should have ask a manager to say something to the adults. You couldn’t even get in/out of the building. They didn’t even attempt to move to let you through. We have never experienced such rudeness at a hotel before. Breakfast was horrible. No muffins for gravy, scrambled eggs & sausage/gravy was cold. Juice machine was broke. Need bananas, apples some fruit. No water availability. We are not coffee/tea drinkers. No ice available. Ice machines on floor were empty, possibly from dancers filling coolers, not sure. A gentleman came to the front desk to get a little baggie of ice for his wife’s back that was bothering her, and no ice was available in the whole building. The facility was very clean. Very nice decor, furnishings.

Staff were rude, didn’t wanna even answer the phone due while we were waiting due to “studying” (i had also tried calling this location. and went to voicemail) Waited hours to check in then let other people check in before us that showed up hours later. Whoever runs this place needs a reality check.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was fine and the bed and linens were perfect. The general mood of the hotel was one of being a little tired and in need of a general sprucing up. It was a Western, but not a Best Western. I wouldn't stay there again without major sprucing up; there are so many other hotels to choose from.

The pool was being serviced, the floors were very dirty, window wouldn't shut, air conditioner kept running and made loud noises all night. The only good thing was the one woman working. Poor woman worked 18 hours, left for a few and was there again when we work up.

La réception très méchante avec nous, la madamme à la réception a vue que je parlais pas anglais et m’a charger l’hôtel en double, quand je suis venu lui montrer et demander un remboursement elle m’a imprimé une fausse facture où il étais chargé une fois. Plus tard en soirée mon ami arrive et lui parle très bien anglais nous allons à la réception et cetais une autre dame et elle m’a rembourser car elle a bien vue que le montant de l’hôtel avais été chargé 2 fois, ensuite la toilette a débordé et la chambre a inondé d’eau et nous avons demandé de changer de chambre et la réception nous a tout simplement répondu ce n’est pas notre problème changer d’hôtel sans dédommagement. Pire expérience dans un best western de ma vie.
