During reservation it was stated that there would be service to the room every other day, but then they tell us it's by request only. Refrigerator didn't work and when I told the front desk about it, they offered a new room, but that fridge didn't work either. The HVAC unit was so dirty. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the bathtub was dirty with stains. This is not what I thought the Marriot would be like. It's more like an Econo Lodge Motel. They could not help us, credit or discount us since we booked through Expedia. I will never stay at another Marriot again.

It has a very pleasant, clean, friendly atmosphere and I love the Bistro where I can grab a quick breakfast or Starbucks latte. My room was close to the elevator and stairs, and I could park my vehicle close to the exit making hauling my bags a breeze. I will definitely come here again.

Good Stay!
I had a nice stay at the hotel. Big TV which was great to watch the OSU game. Room was comfy. Clean. Gym was great. Plenty of parking. Only downside was that my room was close to the freeway which was noisy at times - so request a room on the other side of the building.

Everything was great except the door handle to the room didn't always lock when we closed the door. The dead bolt part also would retract from time to time so you had to mess with the card and handle at the same time to get it to close properly.
