I have stayed here numerous times in the past because you had free parking for up to 7 days. Now that benefit is gone this hotel is not worth staying at. The front desk associate did not do a good job explaining or providing options. I am a Hilton honors member but did not have the option to rebook with the parking option because o went thru a 3rd party. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay here again. Do better. Communication is important.

Because we booked online, we were not eligible to use their long term parking service. Not explained on their website that I saw and cost them the long term parking dollars for 10 days as well as another night of stay since we booked the return room at another hotel. Stupid policy.

In an area like Kearny Mesa, there is no need to charge for parking. You have very adequate parking facilities, and I viewed it as a nuisance fee.

you are not allowed to park your vehicle at the hotel and fly from the airport if you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia. My wife and I are Hilton Honors members and it didn't matter. Very poor policy!

The property was very clean and comfortable. I wish we knew if we booked through Expedia that we wouldn’t be able to park at the hotel and use the shuttle. That wasn’t convenient and was unexpected.
