I booked on this site (expidea) it was listed as "pet friendly" and "free breakfast"
When I got there I went to get the key to our room and I was hassled with "this is no longer pet friendly"
I stated he IS a service dog (I have a fainting disorder) He is ADA certified. I was told that they would not accept me and after a long discussion she "called her boss" and he said the would only accept me is I have them $200 is cash and IF the room was fine they would give it back.
Fine whatever.
I asked for a pillow, a blankets and sheets for the pull out and had to wait 45 minutes for them to be brought to me. They did not bring a pillow or blanket just a fitted sheet and a flat sheet.
The room was dirty and the tv did not turn off or down I had to unplug it to get to sleep. The bed didn't have a skirt on instead it was wrapped in plastic. It was a king room with a pull out and I was given 2 towels one wash cloth and no mat for the floor. The "free breakfast" had a make a waffle station with waffle mix and syrup and 2 bagels and nothing a few pieces of days old fruit. That was it. (And we were there at 8:30am) finally at check out I waited at the desk for 35 minutes and no one came to the desk. I called the number online for the hotel and he said "I'll be down in the next 45 minutes I'm with a customer" 20 minutes later he came down and as rude. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for our room to be "inspected" before reviving my 200$ back. Honestly it was a whole mess.
