Assistant manager said we would have a complete refund. No one can give me any information whatsoever, including you, Expedia. We had to change our own sheets because there wasn’t enough staff there and the sheets in our room had not been changed. They were filthy. The bathroom was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned. We even had to run the sweeper ourselves. because there was nowhere else to stay close to the event we came to Columbus for.

Kids running in the halls. Grown people laying in hallways, no hot water for 2 of the 4 days I was there, room had bad odor, fridge did not work, and the tv only had one channel. It seems as if the staff lived there. Not the best stay at all.

The inside of the hotel looked like spot that changes by the hour. Carpet in main hallway torn up, floor squeaked as you walked, whole inside main area and room smelled like bleach. The bleach smell gave me a headache. The bed didn't look clean, and there was no night staff. Only a police officer. I checked in but came back later in the evening and checked out.

They did not have a room on the 17 my check in late evening the room they had the air conditioner was not working room was hot and dirty carpet stains and smells i have been fighting with them to cancel they have not do far And i cant get you all to help

This has been my worst stay away from home, totally dissatisfied with the service between the room the beds in poor condition garbage on the floor bad service of the woman who attends at the window, she yelled at me she insulted me and made fun of me because she couldn't give me the room card

This hotel was extremely dirty. The hallways, the walls and the rooms. Nothing was ready when we arrived at 8:45pm. Check in is at 3pm. Staff was horrible in being organized with the rooms, giving some people some of the same rooms. Overall this experience was horrible.

We walked in Hotel, and it was filthy. Floors, walls, and clerk didn’t even get up to help us. We walked out and never stayed in that dump. People hanging out in parking lot made us feel unsafe and we didn’t want to leave our car there. Corporate needs to address this property. Expedia so far has been no help in getting charges resolved.

My room didn’t have a chair in front of the desk. The room was also missing a microwave so I had to eat my food cold. Other things weren't there either. That was the worst place I ever stayed in. It was too ghetto.

Came for overnight stay. Room had slight smoke smell even though it is a non smoking facility. Ice machines out of order. Facility shows age, needs complete renovation. Room was adequate and clean for my grandson and I. Breakfast was basic no frills. Decent value for the cost.

Arrived after a 6 hour drive and spending the day at the zoo for my child’s birthday. To be told our reservation had been cancelled with no options available. No phone call or message of warning. The lobby smelled of drug smoke. The attendant was incompetent at best.
