The lobby area is open and has a bar/restaurant. It was lively on the weekend nights. The area around the hotel has restaurants within walking distance. It is also convenient to walk to Nationwide Arena. The reception desk staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The only downside is the ceiling felt low causing the room to feel small and slightly claustrophobic. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff were friendly. The lobby, restaurant and fitness centre were well equipped and clean. That’s where the good ends. The room was very dated.The bathroom in our room was reasonably clean. The carpet in the rest of the room looked like it hadn’t vacuumed or cleaned in years. Disgusting. The bedding was old and tattered and smelled of cigarette smoke. The chair at the desk was filthy. The location was perfect for going to the hockey game, but there are several other hotels that are in the same vicinity. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

My stay here was absolutely terrible and i wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The “loft suite” felt like i was staying in a basement on the 5th floor. Very much giving warehouse. Stained sheets… like even our window shade looked like it had a sh*t stain on it. Our bathroom light was flickering and everything was extremely outdated it felt like i was in the shining. We turned all the lights on and it was still dark in the room. The lobby looked ok…but it was like the rooms were a completely different place. We chat with people in the elevator and they said they had a similar experience. The whole place smelled like a dive bar. They charged us each time we had to leave the parking garage. If you pay through Expedia they charge you 34$ for a “resort fee” LMAO. Terrible place. All the staff members we spoke to had no idea what was going on. This is the first review I’ve ever written but I felt the need to warn anyone looking to book here. Don’t do it.
