Our room wasn’t thoroughly clean.. drink spills on table and what looked like blood stains in the carpet. The final straw was that the room walls were so thin that you could hear everything, especially when trying to sleep. Requested another room and they said they were full capacity. Asked to speak with a manager and they said she wouldn’t be back until Monday.

The room was not clean, and it could also use some renovations. The hotel staff was not attentive or friendly. I’m scratching them off my list of places to stay.

The staff was very professional. The room was clean and comforable. Breafast was really good also. I will definitely be staying here on the future.

The bed was one of the best ones I’ve had in a hotel but they need updating there’s loose tiles in the bathroom but shower had great pressure. The refrigerator doesn’t work well and I guess getting room service every day is a thing of the past, our girl was awesome and she went above and beyond.

The staff were the absolute best, we were greeted with smiles and laughter, we were able to get breakfast biscuits to be able to have before we had to leave for an archery tournament, lots of laughs and friendly greetings upon arrival back in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was very good as well. Unfortunately, there were some things that were not that great. There were long strands of hair left on a wall in the shower. I felt like the door to the room closed way too slowly. If someone was trying to follow me into my room, the door closing slowly would not have helped. Also, it would have been nice to have a heavier comforter/blanket on the bed since it was winter. It was hard to get warm.
