The property is very outdated. We understand that it is a historic hotel, but for instance, elevators not working and things like this bring down the value of a luxury hotel. For the money, we will not be coming back.

Loved that it was a unique older small hotel. The room was beautifully styled. Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get in my room until 4pm. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Bar closed. Restaurant limited hours. I wasn’t able to enjoy my VIP perk of a free drink. I suggest let the free drink be something from the fridge in the room if bar and restaurant are closed. Staff were friendly. I would stay again.

"The room was modern and clean, the only issue was the room smelled like mildew and the pillows are the culprit. Lots of humidity in the room. I suppose the property can’t throw out all of their pillows and start over. Otherwise, the property was well lit and quiet."
