"Sad to be writing a bad review, as the hosts were very nice. Firsty, if you're going to call yourself a bed and breakfast, just provide a cooked breakfast, instead of charging extra for it. Bed comfortable but the room was crowded. Mish mash of furniture and no proper wardrobe, only a canvas thing. Towels and bed linen very tired. We were shown a place where we could sit outside but the outside area, front and back, was terrible. Unkempt with clutter everywhere and lots of dead...

"Breakfast was good. Accommodation was very basic for price, water pressure very low , bathroom door very hard to open, sticky catch. Tv very small for size of room. Needs a deep clean. Bedding and towels were clean. "

"Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill."
