We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was a very busy road, mostly uphill. But the hotel itself was nice.

Easy to reach from main road. Great location - few minutes from Arundel and Littlehampton. All staff were really pleasant and helpful. All needs were preempted. Perfect stay.

Great as simply a bed for the night. Mattress rather noisy and no air con although plug in fan was very efficient. Good breakfast for the money. No lift.

Breakfast was limited choice & not very well cooked. Soggy Hash browns were not nice. The room was spacious and clean, although the decorations were somewhat dated. The worst point was the HUGE MACDONALDS next door, with thousands of people queueing to get their fix of fast food.

Hotel is in poor conditions. it looks old and much worn. major issue is cleanliness; it needs a big improvement. pillow covers with stains, towels replaced daily but sometimes they are stained. I will not come back

staff were extremely kind and friendly. Even provided maps of surrounding area to assist our beach journey navigation! Room was clean and well presented. Would certainly return in future.

I thought that the property was economical for what little amount of time I was spending there. Even though the room was clean, the shower curtain had a lot of mold on it and needed to be replaced. The bathroom really needed an update/renovation. An elevator/lift is needed at this location.

Rooms clean but looking tired. Toilet could have been better descaled. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Good for the price.
