"The Palihotel is very well located in Culver City and walkable to restaurants, shops and everything this wonderful town has to offer while also being an easy drive to most of LA. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was professional. The rooms are very tiny (barely enough room to lay out a suitcase on each side of the bed), but they are clean and the beds are comfortable...perfect for a quick one-night stay not far from LAX."

"It was not our first time at this property. We loved the space and location of the hotel but the service this trip was lacking. Housekeeping was extremely minimal- they barely touched our room. We had to ask each day for coffee and towels over a 3 day stay as they were never refilled. Glassware was never cleaned despite the room having a kitchenette. This was disappointing. Considering the hotel offers no amenities like a pool or restaurant or bar I would expect more in this area. "

"It has been awhile since I stayed at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. The staff and service was top notch. Not many places better in that respect. The facilities were very nice and clean. It is an older property, and there were a few nit picky items I would like to see changed, but they are not even worth mentioning here. Book this hotel with confidence. "

"Reception staff were better than most and helpful with orientation to the area. They left the wine bar open a little later which accomodated a slight delay in my arrival. Area has a number of good restaurants towards the ocean and the beach is lovely. The open plain behind the hotel let's you take in the environment and northerly views of LA. Breakfast station was being set up as I left at 6:30am, but coffee was already out for early departures. Very nice stay. "
