However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo.
