The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. The location couldn’t be better. Next to everything and the room was very soundproof. The room was very clean the bed was very good.

Cristian was very helpful during our check-in. He even got into the car with me and helped me find a nearby parking place during the busy time we arrived. Thanks a lot! Also there is a bakery and lots of other food shops just around the corner of the hotel.

Property was clean and lovely. Service was top notch. Parking was a bear but we were instructed to bring the car close to unload luggage, the two employees helped carry our luggage to our room and the owner went out of his way to personally find a parking space for our car. The extra water bottles and snacks in the apartment were appreciated!

Check in neat and tidy. Although on second floor of a typical old Italian building overdue for TLC, it provided a comfortable bed in clean room. Shared bathroom was also clean. For me, the only hiccup was, I wasn’t able to lower the A/C, otherwise all ok.

it was hard to find the check-in spot at first (you can see the front desk through the window to the left of where Google Maps takes you), but otherwise we had a great experience here! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, great water pressure for the shower, plenty warm and super close to the lake. Friendly staff too.

This property is a good location to explore Como. The rooms have everything you need for your stay, tea and coffee making facilities and a selection of snacks. Remember to book a parking space if driving as parking is limited.

In Riva al Lago was easy to find and close to many restaurants and shopping in Como. Marta was helpful getting us checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were happy to have AC and a fan to cool us off during hot weather.

I stayed in the Double Bedroom on the second floor. Zero hassle, it is super clean, ample breakfast items, 2 double glazed windows so there is no sound from the street, aircon cold, private toilet and shower very clean. It is a room inside and area where there are other rooms as well like the 4 person room so the only noise will be from other people in that area.

No breakfast but would stay again

Mario was so nice and helpful with a place to eat, making ice formour cooler as well as stating that because we got in late, it would cost more to pay for his parking than to use the public parking which is less than a block away. Only downside was an assumption on my part. When I see B and B I assume breakfast is included and no breakfast was included. We would still stay again just because of Mario.

The area was great. Room was clean and small. We were told the air conditioning could not be turned on and to just open the windows, even after explaining our allergies towards pollen. The property doesn’t let you enter in after midnight which felt very odd. Very very clean. Can hear everything, walls seem thin.

Hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes, propre, calme et très bien insonorisé, idéalement situé à l'entrée du centre historique, à proximité du funiculaire et des gares (trains, bus et ferries) et de nombreux restaurants. Accueil sympathique. Même l'absence de petit déjeuner n'est pas pénalisant car une superbe boulangerie est à 50 mètres et propose des formules très avantageuses.
