Property located in a restricted area. If driving, vehicle must be parked 5 minutes from the building. Walkable to many touristic places. The apartment is renovated.

The main reason for the good review is the location of this stay. It is perfect and walkable for Como and getting around. The apartment space was nice and very esthetic looking. They also had a nice welcome packet they email you before the stay which was helpful for restaurant recommendations. Reasons we didn’t give all 5 stars: -From the USA and we didn’t know if we would have service to receive the check in code. I asked several times via Expedia for check in information before the trip and didn’t hear back from the place, had to have Expedia reach out and call them. Still didn’t get a code for the lockbox in advance and had to pay for data to be able to get the code and get in contact with the stay. -Check-in was at 3pm but we didn’t receive the code until about 3:45 which left us waiting for a half hour ish outside. Overall not great communication about check in. If communication about check in was better and if it was on time, we would have given 5 stars. Overall, would stay here again for the location.

Un appartement très bruyant des voisins au dessus qui sont horribles çà hurle tout le temps pas d isolation au plafond une chaleur à mourrir 33 degres dans l appartement une Clim à roulettes qui fais plus de bruit qu une machine à laver et qui refroidi comme un ventilateur Sinon c est propre voilà La douche problème de chaudière pour l eau chaude
