"Villa facility was very clean although the floor definitely needed to be mopped All communication was in French which is a minus - contact should be multi-lingual or at least in English as well Lack of breakfast was a big minus and local Tabac recommended for breakfasts was very dirty full of tobacco smoke and unclean so we did not eat there"

We would have liked an additional toilet in the house for the 5 of us ( the property is advertised as accomodating 11 people). Il vous dit que vous pouvez fêter anniversaire et autre mais à 20h il faud rester à intérieur Porte et fenêtres fermées qui elle sont casser aussi . "Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Iouri et sa compagne ( même si celle-ci n'était pas présente durant notre séjour). Les chambres étaient agréables et les lits étaient confortables. Mon fils a bien profité de la piscine nettoyée tous les matins par Iouri. Il nous a également gratifié de petites attentions. "

"Le logement de Chantal est agréable,avec un petit coin jardin appréciable pour l'apéro d'été !! Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Provins. Déconnexion dans les plaines céréalières le temps d'un weekend tout en restant en Ile de France ."

"Beautiful house but not very comfortabel. The chairs and matrasses very not very comfortabel. The rooms in the Dependance were to far away from a toilet and had spiderwebs in the corridor and stairway. Only one of us dare to sleep there. So we had to share one room with 3 persons."

"The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. The kitchen had basic equipment. A few more baking dishes as well as a basic stock of dry goods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have elevated the experience."

"Good stay for the price. Pretty small room with no frills. A bit scruffy, but manageable for a single night stopover. We did have some trouble with the air con not functioning properly, which made for a very warm stay in late August, but at least we were able to leave the window open at times for some air (and road traffic noise). The parking situation was also a bit confusing (we weren't the only ones in the same situation), but we were able to resolve it in the end without too much headache; it just was an unwanted stress after a long day of driving."
