We loved it here a little out of the main drag but not far from anything at all. Bars, restaurants and tourist locations all within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel, a nice distance away from the crowds of St. Marks. Nice staff, with a special shout out to manager Gianluigi who resolved a hefty additional surchage fee due to my booking error. My room was huge, facing the canal, breakfast buffet was great and you could order additional items if desired. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay in Venice, highly recommend

Ideal location but not sure how it’s a 4-star rating. Staff were nice enough but not entirely helpful- not mentioning things like where the breakfast is or even the direction to the rooms upon checkin! Biggest gripes were the bed - SO uncomfortable - and the noise. We heard everything from the room upstairs including their television, talking, furniture moving and footsteps, so sleep was disturbed further (once finally able to fall asleep on the bad mattress!). We did always have our bed made and toiletries topped up but minimum expectations of a ‘4-star’ hotel. Breakfast was average, thank goodness included.

Excellent location close to St Mark’s Square and Rialto bridge, and yet lovely and quiet. Super friendly staff and lovely rooms.
