Located on the second floor of a modern residence with elevator, this apartment will charm you with its decor, and its soft and warm tones.

Equipped with all the comforts and amenities needed for a successful stay, Shelby also has a separate laundry species. With a bright bedroom, your nights will only be good in this cozy environment.

The kitchen is open to the living room, and contains everything you need to enjoy the joys of homemade cuisine. This space is also very bright, and has access to get to its lovely terrace.

To make you feel at home, a large closet located at the entrance will allow you to settle in comfortably. And for greater accessibility, a parking space is available, and has number 7.
