Pros: Excellent location Restaurants were very good Clean Quiet for NYC Good price Cons: A bit of referred maintenance (running toilet, bedside light wouldn't go off) In room coffee terrible. Nespresso knockoff was not good. Also ditch the powdered creamer and supply the real thing. Would i stay again? Yes, but I'd locate Starbucks a lot quicker.

Very good place for convenience. The room is very large and clean. Staff is kind and nice. It’s not sad that the piano at lobby can not be played, and the bed mattress is too much soft, which is not good for backbone health.
