Staff were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, on the coldest night of the year so far, the central heating was switched off in the night. It was so cold that it was unbearable. Also, for the rate being changed, a cheap bottle of own label supermarket water would be good. No tissues in the room as well. Besides this, it was a good experience

Really nice Victorian hotel. Staff lovely. We had a double deluxe shower room which looked more like a standard size wide but was still a very nice room and comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice. Full english freshly cooked. Juice and cereal available as self serve.

Great small hotel
I booked 9 rooms for a group celebration and the hotel were fantastic. Accommodating, customer focused and easy to work with. The rooms were all to a good standard and very clean. Will use again.
