"I had a comfortable stay here! The motel was clean and cozy. The only thing I cam say needs improvement is the key cards for access to the building ands room. I had some issues with the card readers on the doors going into the building and once going into the room, but the issue was addressed quickly each time. Overall, despite an interesting crowd (which they can't help people being crazy), it was a comfortable stay. I'd come back again. "

Regency Inn and Suites - RS Handicapped Non Smoking Double Bed Hearing
6/10 Okay
"The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. However, I had interaction with two others and the experience with them was very pleasant! Breakfast staff was extremely welcoming and friendly! (They check your paper for breakfast- be sure to bring each morning) Breakfast food was great. The pool was in a seperate building from where my room was so we needed to go outside to get to pool; that was cold for my 4 and 8 year old. The location is great; in the center of many restaurants and stores, a 2 min drive to get there. To get into the building where my room was the door was not a locked door.(I am not sure if all doors are alike). It had open access for anyone to come in or out. Considering my overall stay; I would have gone back but may not because of the door not being locked. "
