"We have used the hotel just to rest overnight while visiting Constanta. It was perfect for our purpose. We loved it. We could even fit all of us in the queen bed with two kids (1.5 and 3 y.o). "it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks.
